Plans and wallet: how it works

How the VedAvatar wallet, top-ups and 30-day plans work, what each plan includes and how failed readings are refunded.
Step by step
- Top up your wallet: Add money by UPI, card or net banking, from ₹50. Every payment and charge shows in your wallet history.
- Pay as you go, or choose a plan: Pay for each reading when you use it, or choose a 30-day plan (Shubh ₹149, Blessed ₹549, Astrologer ₹1,099) that includes some readings; Blessed and Astrologer also add extra credit to every top-up.
- If something goes wrong: A reading that cannot be prepared is refunded to your wallet automatically. For a payment problem, write to support with the payment ID from your receipt.

Do I get a receipt?
Yes. A receipt is emailed to you after every payment; keep its payment ID for any question.
Is my card or UPI information safe?
Payments are handled by our payment partner. VedAvatar never sees or stores your card, UPI or bank details.
