VedAvatar provides digital services only. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.
1. Instant digital delivery
- Readings and reports appear in your account as soon as they are generated, usually within a minute, and stay in your History.
- PDF reports download to your device straight away.
- Wallet top-ups and plans are activated as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- Live calls and Ask Guru chats start immediately.
2. Where we deliver
Everything is delivered online to your VedAvatar account, wherever you are. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees.
3. If something does not arrive
If a paid service fails, the amount is returned to your wallet automatically (see our Refund Policy). If a payment does not activate within a few minutes, write to support.vedavatar@gmail.com with the payment ID from your receipt.
